We come from diverse backgrounds, with Teresa hailing from IT and Stephanie from law. Teresa is also an agile coach and coaching supervisor, while Stephanie boasts EMCC team coaching accreditation (ITCA Practitioner) and is a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator by the Association of Master Trainers. Additionally, she is a contributing editor for LSP Magazine and co-author of peer-reviewed research articles focusing on playfulness in coaching.
Together, we have served as visiting lecturers at Henley Business School (MSc Coaching for Behavioural Change) and the University of East London (Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, MAPPCP).
Alongside our MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, we are both Practitioner Team Coaches certified by the Global Team Coaching Institute, the premier destination for team coaching, spearheaded by Peter Hawkins and David Clutterbuck, pioneers in systemic team coaching.
We are dedicated to helping organisations, teams, and individuals tap into more playful states and mindsets, equipping them to tackle complex challenges while enhancing engagement, collaboration, and psychological safety.
Unlike traditional training where information is typically disseminated by the trainer as the expert, we believe that the real expertise lies within you and your team(s). Our role is to guide you in accessing this expertise and your resources, often incorporating playful methods. The team performance strategies we provide are designed to be easily adapted and applied, empowering you to further develop them within your teams.
All our work is bespoke, crafted to meet the unique needs of your team. This could involve bringing the team together for better mutual understanding or delving deeper to identify and clarify individual and team values and purpose, forming a foundation for intentional action and decision-making. Another approach may involve facilitating enhanced self- and collective awareness, fostering greater cohesion, collaboration, and psychological safety, which are crucial for high performance and thriving teams.
We will collaborate with you to examine your organisational and team culture, co-creating engaging (and if beneficial, playful) strategies that address the needs of you, your team, and your organisation, ultimately catering to the broader interests of all stakeholders.
