We come from different backgrounds, Teresa from IT and Stephanie from law. Teresa is also an agile coach and coaching supervisor. Stephanie has EMCC team coaching accreditation (ITCA Practitioner), is a LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator certified by the Association of Master Trainers and contributing editor of the LSP Magazine as well as co-/author of peer reviewed published research articles relating to playfulness in coaching.
Together, we have been visiting lecturers at Henley Business School (MSc Coaching for Behavioural Change) and University of East London (Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, MAPPCP).
Alongside our MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, we are both Practitioner Team Coaches certified by the Global Team Coaching Institute, the world's leading destination for team coaching, led by Peter Hawkins and David Clutterbuck, pioneers of systemic team coaching.
We help organisations cultures, teams and individuals access more playful states and mindsets, to be more equipped to deal with challenging complex problems, increase engagement, collaboration and psychological safety.
Unlike typical training where information is generally offered and received and the trainer is the expert....we believe the experts are you and your team(s). Our expertise is in helping you to access your expertise and resources, often including using playful methods. The techniques we offer are designed to be easily adapted and taken on so that you can reapply them and develop them further with your teams.
All our work is bespoke and we will work with you to meet your team's needs. This might look, for example, like bringing the team together and helping members to get to know and understand each other better. Or, we might go a little deeper and help identify and clarify individual and team values and purpose as a basis for intentional action and decision making. Another example might be to facilitate increased self- and collective awareness leading to greater cohesion, collaboration and psychological safety, supporting high performance and thriving.
We will discuss with you your organisational and team culture and together come up with engaging (and if helpful, playful) ways to meet your, your team's and your organisation's needs (and ultimately the stakeholders' in the broadest sense).
Curious? If you would like to explore the possibility of working together, please get in touch for a chat.
