About Us

Teresa Leyman holds a MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. Teresa is a master practitioner coach and change agent and coaching supervisor, with over 25 years’ experience working with individuals and teams within hi-tech companies.  Teresa is ICF accredited (PCC).

Stephanie Wheeler holds a MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and is a coach, writer and Lego® Serious Play facilitator.  A former City and in-house lawyer, she has experience of working in high pressured environments.  Stephanie is ICF (ACC) and EMCC (EIA and ITCA Practitioner) accredited.
