Teresa Leyman holds a MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. As a master practitioner coach and change agent with over 25 years’ experience in behavioral change coaching, Teresa specializes in working with individuals and teams in hi-tech companies. She is also a coaching supervisor and ICF accredited (PCC). Additionally, Teresa incorporates innovative methods like Lego Serious Play into her coaching practice.

Stephanie Wheeler holds a MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. She is an experienced coach, writer, and Lego® Serious Play facilitator. With her background as a former City and in-house lawyer, she has thrived in high-pressured environments. Stephanie has achieved coaching certification through ICF (ACC) and EMCC (EIA and ITCA Practitioner), underscoring her expertise in behavioral change coaching.
