We run playfulness coaching workshops, both online and in person, designed for independent and internal coaches eager to explore and enhance their playfulness in both life and work. These workshops allow participants to discover how enhancing playfulness in coaching can enrich the services they provide to their clients, as reflected in our coaching workshops testimonials.

Association for Coaching Creative Coaching Festival (Global) 2024 will showcase various coaching workshops, including those focused on enhancing playfulness in coaching. ICF Converge 2023 in Orlando will also offer opportunities for sharing testimonials about effective coaching practices. Additionally, there will be coaching workshops geared towards playfulness at the EMCC. As host for the Coaches Club, I invited Stephanie and Teresa to deliver a masterclass titled 'Bringing Play into Our Coaching and Training Practices'. Collaborating with them on this coaching workshops testimonial was a delight, as we tailored the session to meet the needs of my community of experienced coaches and trainers. It was enriching to learn about their extensive knowledge and experience in enhancing playfulness in coaching to create effective learning environments. The masterclass was not only thought-provoking but also incredibly fun. Stephanie and Teresa are engaging and inspiring trainers; from the innovative icebreaker to the deeper reflective work, they crafted a safe space for us to explore what play means to us, our feelings about introducing playfulness into our work, and the benefits of play in facilitating self-awareness, exploration, and learning. My community members also expressed their enjoyment of the session through glowing feedback, and discussions continued in our subsequent events. Sarae Pratt (ICF PCC).
Stephanie led a workshop for The London Coaching Group alongside her co-lead Teresa Leyman. The interactive session, titled 'The Role of Playfulness in Coaching', allowed us to delve into the concept of playfulness and how we connect with it. The participant feedback was fantastic, reflecting the success of these playfulness coaching workshops. We wholeheartedly recommend both Stephanie and Teresa for leading workshops of this kind to help us grow, develop, and embrace the joy of being playful in both our coaching practices and our lives.
Stephanie Wheeler and Teresa Leyman conducted an invigorating and practical workshop called 'Rekindle Your Spark' in my Facebook group, Brain Fuel, which caters to academics, PhD students, and coaches - anyone with ideas. Their thoughtfully planned activities provided a refreshing experience and enabled us to creatively consider our future goals. I particularly appreciated examining my Lego creations from various perspectives, with one transforming into a caterpillar, serving as a useful metaphor for my trajectory in the coming year. I highly recommend Stephanie and Teresa's talks and coaching workshops testimonials, as they are both thought-provoking and hands-on. 5 stars.
